First of all there is no jailbreak for android but there is root

and to root your device you can first backup your data on your pc

then search on google for towlroot install it then open it then click on make it rain and it will root your phone
but if it doesn't work or your phone is not supported then you have to root from your pc I will provide you a link to download root for s4 on pc

What you'll need to do is load TWRP recovery up first, then flash Super Su from recovery,that is the issue your having as to why Super Su won't install binary. There is not much to explain with this one, Android Jelly bean is hard to crack.

root your phone and download any root explorer apps. then you can download patched kitkat keyboard from xda and patch it to your current android os( non-kitkat)

Download Unlock root pro from http://www.unlockroot.com/download.html and install it on your computer and then run the program and connect your phone the pc.
Make you activate USB debugging in developer options on your phone.
Unlock root pro identifies your phone and then click on root
thats it
Your phone is rooted :)
