Once you have the racks etc out, you should see some round plastic plugs which hide the mounting screws, carefully use the point of a knife to pick these out. The screws for the back panel are then visible. Once they are out, the back panel is also held in with clips which are part of the back panel. Start at one of the top corners and carefully ease the panel out and away from the back of the freezer. If your model has the fan motor attached to the back panel, there will be a wiring plug you will need to undo to fully remove the rear panel.

You have a frozen drain tube. Remove the back cover after unplugging the unit. Locate the drain tube running down to the drip pan. If it is frozen, thew it with a hair dryer. In the inside, find the drain hole and pour hot water in it until it drains properly. I f it happens again your defrost element is too far away from the aluminum drain pan and needs to be GENTLY lowered closer to the drain
