I have the 37" Olevia and it worked fine until a few days ago. Then is would not get in the local FOX channel. I tried re-scanning several times... it'll find it, show the channel is in there, but when I turn on that channel, it'll flash to a blue screen that says "no signal" then switches automatically to channel 2 (which is blank). I tried disconnecting all cables and turning power switch off, waited 2 hrs., reconnected and it was still doing the same thing. I tried a portable digital TV on the antenna hook-up and it received FOX just fine. So for now, I cannot get FOX at all on this TV. Any suggestions besides paying a repair man $70 just to look at it? Is Olevia just junk and best to start shopping for a better brand?
This problem was already posted by someone else and they were having the same issue as you.. they said that they contacted FOX engineers via email and they emailed them back stating there was a problem on there end and with in the next day the channel started to show up on the Olevia television.
Seems like FOX has changed there frequencies and some television were having trouble picking them up.. depending in the area..you might want to try contacting them in regards to your problem to see what they suggest..

Spoke to repair man; he has calls from other Olevia owners with same problem. He has a few TV's in his shop; the Samsung it getting FOX fine, the off-brand (Daewoo or something like that) is now doing the same thing as the Olevia and will now not pick up FOX. He thinks the station may be putting out a weaker signal that some of the tuners cannot pick up. I tried hooking up a converter box from the set in my bedroom to my Olevia and then I can get FOX, but the overall picture quality on all channels is horrible and forget HD. This is all I've learned so far.... possibly a less-than-stellar tuner in the Olevia and some of the other cheaper brands.
