Drivers have an entry in preferences/page setup where you can rotate the data on the page. Look for 'Oreintation' settings or 'Layout Settings' called 'Portrait' & 'Landscape'. Also the software being used to send the data will have settings in it to rotate the data, most likely. Look for Options or Edit in the software and see if there are any settings for rotate."

SOURCE: Zebra 105sl - printer does not print correct size
This can happen if you have the wrong dpi setup. For instance the 105sl can be either 203dpi or 300dpi. If your printhead is 300dpi and the label you create is expecting 203dpi, then you will see shrunken label. Your situation doesn't exactly sound like this is the case but it may be worth checking.
SOURCE: Labels print out of center
the important thing is if you are using different type labels and sizes before printing see to it that the labels must properly calibrated..to avoid printing incorrectly
SOURCE: Labels print out of position
Try cleaning the media and ribbon sensor you can open it and try clean it, it possible that there's a lot of dust or even small particles at the sensor path..

It is because you do not have a factory original power supply. If you watch the printer or power light on the power supply I would bet it turns off and then back on again. Don't pay attention to the power supply specs they can be weak. Get a Hitek Plus 120 or 220 or FSP50-11 it will work. Good Luck.
