How do I reset the lamp timer for the infocus LP925 projector? Are there other problems that could cause my issue?

Projector turns on, lamp lights for approx. 3 seconds, then shuts off. I have replaced the entire lamp module within the past two months. As per the Troubleshooting section of the manual: I have unplugged the projector, waited over an hour, removed the back cover, removed and replaced the lamp module, replaced the cover, and turned on the projector. Problem persists.

Can't start infocus sp7200 after changing lamp.

The end of lamp timer has reached it's limit and won't let the new lamp strike. What you need to do is Reset the end of life timer. To do this, with the projector switched off press and hold both the up and down Brightness buttons on the projector. while holding them in turn on the projector. Continue holding the buttons in for 10 to 15 seconds This will reset the end of life timer in the projector.

The lamp warrning light on my infocus in24+

Hello,
If you are able to measure/show any continuity whatsoever your bulb is way past bad!!
As these lamps do not have filaments.
If you have replaced the lamp you can easily reset the lamp timer from the projector menu.
This procedure can be found in the user manual as well.

InFocus LP725 light goes out after 10 minutes

The Projector will turn off after so many hours of running the same bulb module. The counter will turn on a replace bulb LED. Installing the new bulb module should reset the counter and turn off the LED.

Check the projector’s lamp to ensure that it is securely connected
in the lamp module. Make sure by removing it and reinserting it.

Check the cables for problems.

When testing, power up in this order. Projector, Computer monitor, Computer.

A minor power surge may cause the lamp to shut off. Turn the
projector off, wait at least 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

I hope these suggestions help
