This is NOT a dryer,it is an inverter,yes there is a fuse,there also is a reset on the gcfi outlet,you may have burned it out,by running a motor with it,start up on a motor can be more than 3000w,depending on the motor or inverter,the inverter was not made to run motors,read your owners manual for more info. there also could be a problem with your battery connection,check that and make sure that the inverter is getting 13.6 volts,that is why the light flashes,it isnt getting enough power
The voltage between Y and X should be 240-Volt, X and W
120-Volt, Y and W 120-Volt, X and G 120-volt, Y and G 120-volt, W and G
0-Volt
