check the transfer wire assy. located under the drum. might not have a good connection or the High Voltage unit is bad. That is a very old machine.

Please open the back cover ,see the motherboard it has a reset button press it than machine are reset (Please press the reset button when machine power on)

Has the drum been replaced? IF not then recommend that the counter not be reset because the copier use the counters to determine voltages for certain assy. like drum and developer unit, so if you reset the counters with out replacing the parts the machine will give codes and provide bad copy quality issues. Reset code is the only way the machine knows it got new parts

I think you are looking to get to service mode. The switch is on the back of the copier > you will have to take the back pannel off. The dervice switch looks like a small Black botton > it is on the main control PCB.... press it once and make sure the doors are closed and then go to the reset mode and you are good to go.

Hello sir; after you replaced drum there have 4 simulation you have to do;
1, simulation26-7 to match the first digit of the four digit printedon drum.
2, simulation 24-7 drum film wear correction counter reset.
3, simulation 44-6 patch forming voltage.
4, simulation 44-2 drum mark senser level standard value is 90.
To get in simulation the procedure as follow;
1, press "clear", 'pause", "0", "pause". then enter the simulation number one by one. GOOD LUCK !!!

Have you adde toner resently??? It is one or two things either add toner or empty out the waste toner...
