Hi,
The front panel does not open. HYou need ro access the pump from the rear of the washer or lean the washer to the side and access the pump from under the washer.
I hope the helps you. Please the me know if I can assist yuou further.
there is none just a large hose from tub to pump . Remove the lower front panel and you will see. If no front panel remove the access panel in the rear.
You will need to tip the machine on it's side and access bottom and rear panels. Then check the pump and drain screen and drain for clogs and loose parts.
were the drum support brackets removed after purchase? you may need to open the front access panel and remove two brackets that support the drum during shipping. also at the rear are support screws that need to be removed
this could be a simple issue or a severe issue. if you feel adventurous disconnect unit, and remove Rear access panel. inspect the rear bearring at the pulley, check for oil leakage and water residue. if there is water around the bearring the unit requires an overhaul. if nothing you should be ok. it could be a disconnected vent at the top of the machine. remove front access panel and inspect all rubber boots and connections for water. this is best done just after washer has leaked, inspect where water is comming from. there are many things that could be causing this.
There should be to screws at the bottom on each end of the lower front panel. Remove them and the panel will fall down off its upper locating pins and you can then remove the panel. The water pump should be right at the front on the lower right corner. Make sure you unplug the machine first if you are going to be working in there.
