From a prostrate cancer patient
if you try radiation treatments first and the cancer is not over come , then the operation if it does not get all the cancer prohibits the further use of radiation treatment
best medical advice I got from several specialists is to remove the prostrate in the earl stages ( before it gets out of the prostrate gland) and then if there are still signs to have the radiation treatments
I have been psa free now for 10 years without radiation or other treatments because I had the prostrate removed early
best advice I learned the hard way is to get a really good specialist to do the operation so ask around first a lot
