I'm not certain whether everything that was on the CD is available from the Samsung web site, but there are drivers and software available from then to download: click here>
I hope this helps. If all of the software that you need is not available, then you will need to contact Samsung UK (see the "Phone" link on the web site) and ask for a replacement CD for your model camcorder.

The SC-D103 doesn't take SD cards. It takes Sony Memory Sticks and compatibles from third-party manufacturers such as Lexar and Sandisk. Be careful, it will not take Memory Stick PROs.

As the camera uses miniDv for video capturing , it need to be converted in to digital format through a "firewire card". a Fire wire card is a PCI Card for data transfer. Check whether your system is having the same. If not, you have to buy one. In addtion to that you need a video captutirng software like "Sony Vegas" or "Pinnacle Studio."

sounds like your tape transport is bad.. something might of broke inside since it almost all plastic.. try to run a dry tape cleaner through..

did you already formated your memort stick? try to remove your memory card from your camcorder and insert it again. look for the settings on your camcorder. it might cause the problem. hope that helps!

From the manual:
“Memory Stick PRO” can not be used with the SCD103 MODEL.
You MUST use only a memory stick, not the PRO
