The switch, that is enabled when you attach the container to the motor housing, is stuck. Look carefully at the rim of the motor housing where the switch is located and the glass container fits. Use a safety pin to clean and remove anything that might be making it stick, then clean it with soap and water carefully and then dry it well.

How do i repair my nutibullet .I have power but the blades on both extractors are not working . It gives out a loud vibrating buzzing sound when pulsing .last blast i did was watermelon and it worked...

Do not try repair it manually,as its a concern of electronic gadget,& its hazardous.Get it done from a service agent or instead prefer ton buy a new one.I would suggest Magic bullet blender nbr1201.The Magic Bullet consumes less power than Magic Nutri Bullet when you compare Nutribullet Vs Magic Bullet, but it is more when it comes to the price factor. Though it is not that powerful, you can get Magic Bullet at much cheaper price than Magic Nutri Bullet.Go to the link to know.

Fax number for company called Nutribullet?

If they gave you a number, that is not a fax number, try to call it. Or try to locate their customer service department. Sending a fax about a problem with an order won't ensure that the proper people get the information to rectify the problem.

Also Try calling this number, and filling out the form on the NutriBullet website.

"Our customer service is available Monday through Sunday from 9am to 8pm, Eastern Time by phone at 1-855-346-8874."

Nutribullet just stopped working, removed cup then replaced still no action...what now?

One probable reason for failure: The bottoms of the jars have outward-facing prongs which engage slots--incorporating integrated small power switches in the base. If those prongs break off or wear down--or, otherwise they can't make good contact by pushing inward those small switches (all of them)--your blender can't start.

It's an interlock safety feature intended to make certain users use the company's jars when starting their blenders. If the jar seems satisfactory, you may need to push down on the jar. (This reliance upon problematic plastic tabs holding up over time, in order to provide the safety feature, proves the "Achilles Heel" of this small kitchen appliance.

I've noted that Shark/Euro Pro appears to invoke a similar safety solution on their jars for at least some of their Ninja Blenders. The importer company behind Nutribullet still does offer replacement jars, I believe.

The company behind Nutribullet also warns users not to leave the base running for more than one minute at a time. (The system is designed to provide short, intense bursts of grinding and cutting power--not lengthy blending times.)

Plugged 120V appliance into 220V socket

Its dead, and whatever you do, DO NOT plug it into any power again, it could cause a fire so fast that you would be in mortal danger.
Most of the world uses 'real' levels of power, your american appliances cannot handle it.
