The hole you seek is generally to be found at the back of the fridge low down at the base of a funnel-shaped moulding in the plastic of the lining.
Water droplets formed during the defrost cycle do so mainly at the back where they should be able to trickle until channeled by the funnel shape they fall through a small length of hose into a tray mounted on top of the motor where the heat will evaporate the water.
If you have difficulty finding the hole from the inside then poking a wire or something upwards through the hose from the back should make it more visible as well as ensuring it is clear.
