The problem is with your DirectX installation.
Download and Install DirectX9 End User Runtime Install DirectX DX9

The msvcr80.dll is required for the software developed under microsoft C++. And if the microsoft visual C++ is not installed on that machine this raise error.
It sounds you are facing same problem, if then downlaod microsoft visual C++ redistributable package and install it on your machine. I think it will fix your problem.

This issue happens if boot files are corrupted .. you need to have the Operating System Cd to resolve this problem . Considering you have windows xp you need to have the installation cd for windows xp .
you need to use bootcfg command to resolve the issue.
Go to bios and change the boot sequence to boot from the cd, if you are not able to boot from the cd. and then boot using windows xp cd .
Then push R to go to recovery console and use the below command
Boot to Recovery Console and rebuild the BOOT.INI file with the BOOTCFG /REBUILD
command.

Most probably your video card does not support "Shader Mode 3 or higher".
Get a better video card.
What are your system specs? Have you updated your graphics card driver and installed the latest directx redist. In the fifa11 zip file there is a redist folder, make sure you install everything in there as well. Also, try updating your sound card driver, it may be conflicting.
Take note**
Chipsets used in models
NVIDIA GeForce 7300, 8100, 8200, 8300 und 9300,
ATI Radeon HD3200, HD4350 and
Intel/S3 do not satisfy the hardware requirements.
Hope it helps.

SOURCE: Need help with missing libgimpui-2.0-0.dll file
The problem is you didn't completely uninstall Gimp before you installed it again so the Gimp install file got confused when it found some residual files or registry keys from a previous install and thus it skipped installing some files (libgimpui-2.0-0.dll was one of them for sure) You need to completely uninstall Gimp before you can install it again properly. Get a copy of Revo uninstaller from the link below and use it to uninstall Gimp for you. You should be good to go after that.
