The first thing to check would be the condenser coils. Not sure where it is on your model, but when they collect dust, they do not allow the fridge to cool down correctly. It will be on the back of the fridge. Either running down from top to bottom or will be at the back behind the lower panel. If the condenser fan is running, then the coil is probably dirty. Unless someone has accidentally moved the temperature setting inside the fridge.

Should i use dex cool or 50/50 mix in alero

You should use what ever color is in there. But they do make , what they call a global mix (usually green) that can be mixed with all other colors of anti freeze. 50/50 mix gives you protection down to -20 degrees. If you live in a colder area, use straight antifreeze.

Freezer works great, but fridg. will not get below 50

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp.

Motor running about 210 deg would like to see it run 180 what do i need to do

210 degrees is exactly where it should run. If colder, the computer will start throwing more fuel into the engine. (system is calibrated at 210) As long as the antifreeze mix is maintained at 50/50 you will not overheat or have any other problems!

Type of engine coolant for 1998 ford taurus

You can use any name brand coolant to include the 50/50 premix type, The colder the environment you live in, the higher percentage of glycol you want to have.....in other words.....if you live in the south, you can run the 50/50 mix year round. If you live in the north, you would want to follow the manufacturers suggestion.
