As long as they have open apts ...u can .... U can do this by going in the store and scheduling the appointment or going to apple.com and typing into the search bar genius it will pull up the options for support choose the options that lead you to scheduling a Genius Bar appointment pick the location and time slot that works for you

OR, go to a Genius Bar. You have to make an appointment online for the Apple Genius Bar. All visits to the Genius Bar are free.

Try resetting the iPad, by pressing both the home button and the on / off switch, till the iPad switches off. (can take about 10 seconds)
then switch on with the on / off switch. the white apple loge should appear and within one minute it should work again. If the light stays off, contact an Apple store and ask a Genius on the Genius bar.

A negative shutdown code may be from a hardware problem. (The codes are not publicly documented.)

Please, backup your system and important data before doing anything.

It could be from heat buildup, if your vents look clogged with dust, turn off your computer, then, gently vacuum or blow out any dust or other obstructions from the vents on your computer.

1. Reset phone
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Note: Key settings can be obtained under Settings / General / About , look up the following: Version, Carrier, Model
3. Restore phone in iTunes using a backup.
4. Restore in iTunes as a new iPhone, without using a backup.
5. Get a new SIM card from AT&T.
6. Make an appt. with an Apple Store Genius Bar.

Thank for contacting Fixya, I will be glad to assist you. You cannot, without having a diagnostics performed by a certified Apple technician or Apple Authorized Service Provider. You may have damaged the video graphics card on the main logic board of your MacbookMacbook Pro.

Unless you have knowledge on how to go in and physically troubleshoot this geniune hardware issue, I would recommend you do you to your local Apple retail store Genius bar, or Apple Authorized Service center near you and have your Macbook looked at.
