CRAFTSMAN GARAGE DOOR OPENER FCC ID: HBW1127 WILL NOT OPEN FROM REMOTE JUST FROM WALL SWITCH.

If it won't reprogram it's your receiver in the the circuit board. The wall switch will still work because it's wired to the opener.

You need to post the model number of the opener. It is on the end nearest the door.

We need a gear part number 41A4252-7C and 41A4252-7C on a Chamberlain FCC I D:HBW1127

The gear you are looking for is part number 41A2817. You can get it at any good door opener service company. It will come with instructions.

The lightbulb in the unit burns out quickly, every 4-6 weeks. I have Lift Master 1/3 H.P. FCC ID #HBW1127, Part #41A4252-7D

You can buy bulbs designed for garage door openers. They are heavier duty. Also you should unplug the unit and remove the light bulb. Pull out on the center contact of the socket. Replace the bulb and plug the unit in.
