You may post your gadget, electronic and/or consumer product technical questions on Fixya.com using the "Ask" link at the top of each page, and receive technical support from the Fixya community.

FixYa even has instructions on how to cancel your FixYa account! but it just gives you the run around with nothing definite.

According to the website, you can cancel your FixYa membership by emailing their support team at Premium.[email protected].

Keep in mind, there are paid and nonpaid subscriptions for FixYa.com, so if you have a nonpaid subscription, you will not be billed for your FixYa use.

There is no FixYa App, however the FixYa mobile can be downloaded to your mobile desk top by clicking on the pop up that will frequently appear from the bottom of the screen. FixYa Mobile is completely free.

FixYa just released a new FixYa video app to the Apple App Store (iOS). The app allows you to actually show your problem and get text & video solutions back.

If you have forgotten your FixYa login pasword, you can reset the password by c licking this link:

On the page which opens, enter your email address you registered with FixYa and click the "Email Me" button.

You will then receive an email from from FixYa with the instructions to reset the password.
