The carborator is flooding over. you can pinch the fuel line with some pliers and run the bike and after it runs for a few minutes or less it'll quit running. ( this is the bigger of the two lines coming from the fuel ****) release the hold and start it back ( it might take a few tries) rev the engine ( to make vibration) The reving may make the needle clean off and it'll seal again. If it doesn't work try it again as what your trying to do is run the fuel low in the bowl ( and it'll still have some) vibrate it with the float valve open and then open more fuel to wash is out. The cleaned off needle and seat hopefully will now seal, or try it again it might work after a few tries. If it doesn't work you'll need to take the carborator apart to clean the needle and seat or it's possible that it's fallen apart in this area, seat came unscrewed, float won't float, piece of drit caught in the seat not letting the needle close all the way, dryed up gas making the needle move stiffly in the seat, and not closing all the way. You can look at an exploded view of the carborater by looking up the parts on bikebandit.com . while looking at it you may see the parts you need to fix it and see if they can be bought ( some parts aren't available for certain models but Honda is really good about making repair parts avaible.
Look on www.autozone.com, they have free repair manuals that include detailed exploded views of the engine with all parts labeled. Free access with registration.
