My Panasonic DVD player/recorder has a reset button. The button is located behind a hinged flip down panel and is operated using a ballpoint pen. On other unita it may be hidden in te back of the unit. If you find it- hold it in for a while maybe two minutes and my machine will release the DVD disk.
Probably because your Battery is Bad... Try Charging and LOAD TESTING our battery and then if the battery tests good, Test your Alternator and see if it is charging properly.
Maybe when you installed the New Alternator, you missed a connection or have too many wires on one connector... You have have to take some pics to see what is going on.
one of two basic things here, unplug set to see if after a while it helps, and if channel scanning up or down on its own suspect the button associated with the direction it changes is a bad one.
I would take it back to whoever did the install, and see if they will correct it. Is your light switch to flip up the lights on the steering column? Possible they pinched or inadvertently pulled a wire loose. I know on toyotas the flip up lights work off the light stalk, independent altogether of the ignition switch.
The dor switch is not closing. Open the door and there will be a littel rectangular spot above the drum use a pencil or something like and mash it down if it starts the piece on the door that's suppose to push it down i s probably broke
Have you tried cleaning out the inside where the ball sits? If you flip your mouse upside down you should see a circle around the ball that should have "open" and "close" arrows. Spin the circle towards open and once it stops spinning flip it over -- the circle and the ball should fall right out. Take a look at the 2 straight bars that sit on top of the mouse ball -- one is for horizontal movement, the other for vertical. Most likely, there is a buildup of dust and debris on them (it will probably look like a grey spot that covers the center of the bars). Remove this debris with your finger-nails (as they will not scratch the bars themselves) and then wipe them with some rubbing alcohol on a paper towel. Once the bars are clean, drop the ball back in, and put the circular cover back on (don't forget to lock it in place by spinning it to "close".
This SHOULD resolve your issue. If it does not, there may be a problem with your mouse's movement sensors ... which would most likely mean that you should buy a new mouse (they are pretty inexpensive these days). If you have to buy a new one, I recommend grabbing an optical mouse -- it has no moving parts and will prevent this problem in the future.
please check the lid switch. If this is bad, that machine will not go into cycle. To replace this, you need to remove the cabinet. Two screws to remove the head, flip this back. There is a three wired connection from under the cabinet to the switch. Unplug that. See on each side two clips holding the cab. down, pry them off (See how they go so you can replace them correctly), pull cab. towards you. Place the cab. so you can access the switch, then replace with similar switch available at an appliance parts shop in your area. Reassemble in reverse. Fairly easy repair for you, hope it works :) Joe
I found a fix that worked for mine.
It was doing the same thing, freezing at the "Flip" screen and would not turn off. I did the remove the batteries deal. It worked once but issue reoccured 2 months later and the battery fix didn't fix it.
What did fix it was...
With the camera off, hold down the Right Arrow button and the trash can button at the same time and turn the camera on.
A few seconds later, I was at the start recording screen!!
