Oh, all sites have a 'Forgot Password' somewhere near the login box. So, it will just ask you to provide a couple of personal details and if you do it right, you get it. But, it may be sent to the email address. So, if you don't have a key to that, forget it. Contact MySpace my email.
How can you forget your email address? Had you made one separately for MySpace?

you can always contact one of your friends on myspace and they can get it for you from your profile page.
If that doesn't work, at the bottom of the page at http://myspace.com/
is a Contact Myspace link. Use that link, and select "Account" using
the pull-down menu (the one that asks what your query is about).
Explain your problem IN DETAIL. That you've forgotten your e-mail
address. Let them know that you have the name the account was started
with, date of birth, any other information they should need to verify
that the account is yours, but that you're not sure what e-mail address
you used to activate the account.

when I enter my email address and password it comes up saying it's wrong, I click on forgot password and nothing is sent to my email address, I've also tried reset password I have friends on facebook and do not want a new account

Try searching your email address on www.spokeo.com or your name and/or email address on www.peekyou.com. They might be able to come up with your alternate email address, and hopefully it is a yahoo one, or another service that will let you recover the password with security questions. www.pipl.com also might have your alternate id on it.
Another thought, is if you use mozilla, your password very well could be saved, you can find that under the tools. If it saved you passwords, you will be able to view the whole list of them.
