You may have some numbers scrambled up. Look just behind the rear sight. Who made it and what number is on that heel? Once you have that, the gun should be gone over to see how many re-builds it's had, what parts it contains (common to find SA trigger groups on Win guns.) and what is still original. "Mint condition" has a very specific meaning and what looks 'brand new' to one not familiar with guns can be spotted as a re-finished parts gun from ten feet away. Value depends on many different factors and can't be determined without examination.
