Just checked the chrome internet history and the cookies but there were none of either because of the settings she uses when she is on the laptop.
You might want to use one of these methods to track what URLs are being accessed on your network:
http://www.howtogeek.com/68886/how-to-configure-your-router-for-network-wide-url-logging/
Just press Ctrl+H, or type in "chrome://history/" in your address bar.
it said it works even on deleted history, so I hope it works for you even with Incognito mode on

I also found this: Incognito does not save any history, so there is no easy way to do it, but sometimes you can check the router logs to see what websites have been accessed. Sometimes you can also get this information from your ISP. It all depends on your router manufacturer and ISP, Google "how to get DNS logs from [router/isp name here]". If successful you will just get a series of numbers roughly in the format of 00.0.000.000. Just enter these into the address bar and you will see which site it is.

SOURCE: network key
Your laptop has a wireless network card internally.
This is used to connect to a wireless, usually broadband, network so you can access the internet, use email etc.
In order to connect to the wireless network you require the key/password usually, this prevents other computer users in the area of the network from connecting to your network and in effect stealing your broadband usage allowance, which is illegal, well at least it is in the UK.
You need a broadband wireless router or modem/router to use this method of connection.
If you have a standard ethernet or usb broadband modem you can still connect the laptop using an ethernet or usb cable,
hope this helps
SOURCE: Viewing Deleted IE History
you may be able to do a system restore and go back and view the history then. Also you can download an application that un-deletes data.

Honest opinion:
If your son is computer savvy enough to install Google Chrome just to use it to thwart you, you will never be able to handle other countermeasures he may thow at you if you are having to ask this question. Not trying to be mean, just being a realist.
Best bet to make you happy: Take his computer away.
