You may not like this particular answer, and I hope you get a better one than I have, but that same thing happened to my Flare 2 & what I am doing, once I eventually got past the green android screen by continuously restarting, is keeping it charged & basically never turning it all the way off, only putting it into sleep mode. I've been told the internal memory chip is damaged somehow if the unit gets reset too many times...

You have turn off the tablet, then hold Power and Volume+ for 10 seconds.
Then choose "wipe data/factory reset". Then choose "Yes - delete all user data" option. Then choose reboot option.

I understand yhat my question is not clear for you expert. So I'll try to rephrase it in a different way.
About one year ago a friend bought me this Hipstreet Flare2 9" tablet. For one year everything was going "pretty well". About a month ago when I open my tablet and everything was gone...my settings, my applications, etc...So I had to configure it all over over again. Then I closed it. The next time I putted the power on everything was lost again...my setings, my applications, my data,..etc...And it's been like that ever since. I have tried to reset it, tried the Data Factory Reset (the little green robot keeps on turning and turning to no avail. Now I have to let my tablet on power on all the time. I have tried to reach the support...no response. I have tried to connect it to my computer...no results. Is there a solution to this problem? Thank you.
