Black is ground, there are 2,use either.Brown is not used.White is NMEA out. Blue is your NAVBUS.negative. Red is power in 10.5-30.5VDC. Orange is NAVBUS+, YELLOW IS AUTO POWER IN Green is external alarm out 30 V DC 200 mA MAX. These are the power cord pin colors. They are in pin order. Pin #1 is at 11 oclock on the fish finder and then runs counter clockwise.Hope you are all set.

Hello, They give me this answer: I do not have the pin out for the old Navman 4150x. Only the transducers made by Navman would work on Navman products and not other brand of transducer will work. The electrical hardware and software does not allow for another manufacture's transducers to work. Tom Thank you for choosing Navico products!

Add a CommentBut I have read that people have mixed the transducers and fishfinders with each other. Or maybe is it so with this one that only navman transducer fits. One more thing , do you have Navman transducer wiring diagram?

Garmin fishfinder 160c sonar failure

Hi Lakshmaan:
The first thing I would check would be the electrical connections from the transducer, and the transducer wire.

Garmin 300c fishfinder will go from correct depth to 0.0 ft while traveling.Have to turn it off and restart. It is on Hurricane deck boat 198. It is located between engine and leveling tabs.

My experience as a user is that turbulence around the transducer can cause mine to flash and the depth to remain static. Is your fault affected by speed? Sounds to me that you have a faulty connection causing the transducer to "not register". I'd check connections and also the integrity of the transducer. Hope that helps...
Best of luck

Where do all the wiring go to on the garmin 400c

The rest of the wires are for interfacing (letting the unit 'talk') with other devices such as radar or GPS. These wires/colors are pretty standard and defined by NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association). You need wiring diagrams for the devices to hook them up. For fun, see where 'nema' takes you with Google.

4150sx finder erratic depth

I had the same problem last time I was out in shallow water (in less than 2 metres of water) and I suspect that the problem was weed wrapped around the transducer but won't know for sure until I take it out on the water again. I had another problem re water temp which I'll enter separately.

Navman 4150 fishfinder

Depth: Could be for a number of reasons, too deep for the sounder - check the manual for it's max depth. Dirty water, sounder unable to penetrate through to the bottom. Weed or other debris covering the transducer. Transducer on a swing mount & being pushed out of alignment then dropping back in once stopped.

Speed: Is the speed readout controlled by a GPS or paddlewheel? If it's GPS, check the power connection of the sounder, may be loose which would also cause the depth to 'drop out'. If it's paddlewheel, you're down to bad connections or faulty unit.
