Fault code 64? Are you sure it is not 14?

Fault code 14 indicates the low ambient heater is drawing more current than expected. Either there is a short in the heater or wiring, or the heater is faulty.

From my dealings with Fisher Paykel they do not produce wiring diagrams as all components lead into the main PCB

The F15 error code refers to "Low Current from fan" not drawing enough current or open circuit to fan. Check wiring to fan, check fan motor with Digital Muli-meter for resistance - if open circuit or high resistance - replace fan.

I found loose wires under the top right hinge, where you will find a small connector block. Put the loose wires back in and hey preso the lights were back on, the water and ice defenses worked and the fault code was cleared

Got the same error here, called Fisher Paykel and the said it's an error related to the water line. They recommended running 3 L of water and see if code disappeared. If not, call service, they gave me a local company. Error code has disappeared, for now.
