I'm trying to setup a 2701-HG-D router to port forward to a Q-see camera
system. When I go into the firewall section, the Q-see system isn't in the
list of computers. I've defined the IP/Gateway to match the router (192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.167), and can route to the camera on the local
network (using the IP), but I can't get the 2wire router to see the camera
system. Any thoughts would be appreaciated.

Choose the model of your Q-See DVR and then select the model of your router.
This instruction will work, I had same problem. 2WIRE rep sent this instruction to me. But, I still can't view my Qsee DVR remotely, I still have problem accesing the DVR. If you know how to view remotely please let me know.
- Open your Internet Browser of choice (i.e. Internet Explorer, FireFox)
- Surf to the website http://homeportal/management
- Under troubleshooting, click on Network Tests.
- Ping the IP address that has been assigned to the DVR.
- Check the Device List. It should show up now.

I have a similar issue with my Panasonic KX-HCM110 Network Camera. It worked fine until we were 'forced' to reset the 2Wire router (AT&T support!).
Now, we can't get the port forwarding set properly. We can see the camera by addressing the local address, but not via the internet. I've been to portforward.com, with no success... we set up individual application TCP and UCP for Port 80. Help?
I need to enable forwarding on my 2wire 2700HG-b router. How do I do this?
