How do I remove U2 from my music file

If your iTunes application on Mac have updated to Version 11+, you can use the method Apple supported to show all duplicate items in your iTunes library. From the menu at the top of your computer screen, choose View > Show Duplicate Items. And then manually delete unwanted ones. Or if you are a Windows user, Hold down the Control and B keys on your keyboard to open the iTunes menu bar. Choose View > Show Duplicate Items.


Matches are based on the song name and artist. If you have multiple versions of the same song (for example, live and studio versions, or versions from different albums), hold the Alt or Option key (Mac) or the Shift key (Windows) and choose View > Show Exact Duplicate Items. You cannot delete a music file directly from the player.You have to connect it to your computer via USB and delete the unwanted files.Please don't forget to rate me if satisfied with my solution.Thanks for choosing Fixya.

hey the music is on here but it wont play. basically when i plug it up to the computer the music on here plays btu it wont show on the ipod or i cant find the music on the ipod.

give it to a service station..... and dont remove before using safely remove device option..

make sure that all of your id3 tags are correct and filled in for each music file before dragging and dropping. initially when i added files to my vtouch, the player recognized them automatically and added them to the standard playlists. every time i add files now, i have to manually add each one to the playlists by touching MUSIC > ADD TO AUDIOLIST > ADD TO AUDIOLIST. Then you should be in the AUDIO folder. Double touch AUDIO to view it's contents (which should now be your 'artist' folders, if you organized it that way). Go into an artist folder and double touch each track to add it to the playlists. You should see a "wait..." message and then "success" for each track you add. BUT they are not added yet, my friend. I KNOW! WHAT A PAIN!!! So when you are done adding tracks, you need to touch the back arrow to get back to the MUSIC menu. Then touch UPDATE AUDIO LIB. This may take a few minutes depending on how many tracks you added. When it's done, you should have all the tracks you added in all of the playlists.
