1st and foremost You can Only Connect a (MHL Enabled Device) to an HDMI TV . I Do Not know from the given information if Your Tablet is MHL Enabled ??? The Dell Venue 7 tablet does not support video output through the micro USB port. The only way to get the video from your tablet onto a large screen television or monitor is by using Miracast.
