Looking for Bernina 180E SERVICE/REPAIR manual for free download.

and there are loads of other Bernina data elsewhere on that site. You will need to deal with the fact that it is written in German but in using it, I haven't found that to be too problematic (and no I do not speak German).

Chances are you won't be able to find any 180 service manuals anywhere especially a free one. This is a dealer only item and is not allowed to be sold or copied and sold. I did get lucky and I found one on eBay about 14 years ago when I first started servicing and selling used Berninas. The Bernina dealer I deal with will help me when I have a question or show me how to do a repair but he won't allow me to even look at a Bernina repair manual. Bernina is very strict about the use of their repair manuals so if you can find one, consider yourself lucky. And if you find one for free that would be simply amazing!!

Take it to a Bernina service technician and have them tell you. Access to that side of the service program will void your warranty, this is a very very bad place you don't want to be. There are several features with no more then symbols in this menu that can cause big problems. It would be like me giving you the information to the computer in your car...
