Disconnect power cord, let it set 30 sec, reinstall cord. If problem still there pull out the printheads and reinstall, may have to do this a few times, if problem still there may need printheads.
Open the printer access door. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary. After the printer has powered up, the message "Printer access door open" will appear. Close the printer access door. Open the printer access door. Remove and install the printhead two times. Close the printer access door. Wait until the printer is ready to use.
