What is different bitween 32 and 64 bit windows os

The difference ins in the way data is handled. A 32 bit unit can transfer 32 bits at one time and a 64 bit transfers 64 bits at a time, in a nutshell it just moves the data in larger chunks, but not necessarily faster! If you check the bios of your system it should tell you if its a 32 or 64 bit system. Most 64 bit units will run 32 bit software, but few 32 bit units will run 64 bit software.

You should make sure any software you're trying to use with a 32-bit computer is NOT 64 bit software. I do not believe it's backwards compatible like that.

32 bit edition will only run on a 32 bit machine and a 64 bit copy of windows will only run on a 64 bit machine.

Cant find driver for ethernet controller

The drivers would not be different. They would only be different if you were going from a 32-bit OS to a 64-bit OS....AND that isn't a doable 'upgrade' you'd have to clean-install it.

other than that, you have not provided any information, (PC Model, or Motherboard model,) for us to point you to a website that has your drivers.

Voyetra midi orchestrator

The only Voyetra Midi Orchestra Plus software I can know was written for Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. Thus there are several reasons for it to be incompatible with Windows 8. First, it was a 16-bit software; the most common Windows 8 installs use a 64-bit OS. This means that the OS has undergone a number of major changes. The installers are completely different (format/way of talking to the OS). The DLLs that communicate between the software and the OS have also changed. The drivers for MIDI devices will be totally different in the modern OS.

The documentation for Voyetra Midi Orchestra is available here: http://www.turtlebeach.com/support/files/241/ . It is a discontinued product and no one at the company that owns it will be writing a new version of the code for Windows 8. I'm not sure this software will work in Windows 7 32-bit. You might be able to use the software in a compatibility mode from a virtual version of XP. For Windows 7 Pro, Virtual PC and the XP mode package are available as free downloads and can be used if your hardware allows. Windows 8 Pro has Hyper-V but requires a licensed version of any Windows OS that you want to use. For non-pro versions of Windows software, you would need to buy a Pro upgrade. The alternative is to obtain another Virtual machine software (VMWare, for example) and a licensed copy of XP or an older version of Windows. (OEM Windows 7 Pro licenses are still available from many computer hardware vendors.)

I hope this helps.

(Many 32-bit device drivers don't work under Windows 8; older software that didn't run under Windows 7 have similar problems.)

THE MITSUBISHI CP8000DW DRIVER IS DISCONTINUED HOW CAN I FIND THE DRIVER?

What OS is your computer running? I found the drivers for supported OS versions here: http://displays.mitsubishielectric.eu/resources/product/CP8000DW . The direct links are listed below. (All are .zip files so you will need to unzip them.)
Mac http://displays.mitsubishielectric.eu/files/library/files/DISCONTINUED/PRINTERS/cp8000m_macos.zip .
Win95-98 http://displays.mitsubishielectric.eu/files/library/files/DISCONTINUED/PRINTERS/cp8000dw_win95-98.zip .
Win NT and Win2K
http://displays.mitsubishielectric.eu/files/library/files/DISCONTINUED/PRINTERS/cpd8000n_wnt4_0.zip .

If you have a newer Windows OS, you can try the compatibility mode. (The NT driver will likely work in XP. If you have Vista or Win7 32-bit OS, it's possible they will work but maybe not. If you have the 64-bit version, the above files will not work directly.) For executable files in Windows, right click on the .exe file and choose properties. Select the Compatibility tab and check Always run this program in the Compatibility Mode. Select the appropriate older version of Windows. Then click Apply. Close the Properties window. Then right click again on the file and choose Run as Administrator (required for Win7 and Vista).

To check if you have the 64-bit OS, click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > System (for Win7). In Vista, the steps may be slightly different. If the version name ends with x64, you have a 64-bit OS. Otherwise, you have the 32-bit version.

If you have a 64-bit OS, you need a 32-bit OS for a work-around. This can be a true second computer, a dual boot system (2 partitions with different OSes loaded), or a virtual computer with an older version of the OS. If you have Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate, you can install a virtual XP computer for free. Go to microsoft.com and download Virtual PC and the XP mode program. Install them in order. Then install your printer under XP as if it were the only computer running. (Note some computer hardware limits may stop you from using this option.) There are other virtual computer programs (VMWare, Parallels). However for the other virtual computer programs or the dual boot or second computer options, you need a licensed copy of the older OS.

I hope this helps.

Difference between 32 bit & 64 bit OS ?

Here is a link from Microsoft that answers some general questions.

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/help/41531554-d5ef-4f2c-8fb9-149bdc5c8a701033.mspx#EO

Bascially 64-bit processing can access more information at one time which will in essence be faster. 64-bit processing can access more RAM. 32-bit systems have a 4GB max. 64-bit systems have increased security benefits also. There are more links on the page above if you want to go deeper.
