How to remove the base gear from the Magic Bullet blender?

The screws are hidden underneath the feet, and they just pull out. This video shows complete disassembly.

Ninja blender motor part is wore out

-I don't think they carry any replacement parts for Ninja Blender.
-Possibly not the spline plastic.
-Inside on top of the motor there is a planetary gear there. Possibly worn out or lose screws as well that not hold it in place to mesh together.
-But before you can reach to these parts you have to take the bottom cover off, remove the plastic spindle. IT's very tight.

Good luck

Hello, I ordered a replacement coupling gear(?) and need to figure out how to replace it. This is the little grey plastic gear that attaches to the base unit causing the blade to spin. Here are some...

Hope you have solved your problem by now, but put a flathead screw driver in the bottom of the blender to hold the blender shaft in place then turn the gear by hand or with a plyers and it should just screw off, it is reverse threaded...

The blending shaft does not stay in the plastic gear and slides out. Gear seems to be 'chewed up' somewhat. Can I replace the gray gear mechanism myself? Where to get it?

Some of these have a retaining "C" clip that keeps the shaft in place... others are just molded... once those are chewed up, you have to replace the assembly.

Plastic pieces on glass jar and base are worn out and shaved down

I did the same thing. Order parts at thegourmetdepotco.com -- This problem is caused when you put the rubber gasket underneath the blade instead of above it. This causes two problems: 1. It lifts the teeth on the jar away from the teeth on the drive gear, which can grind down and break off the teeth, and 2. If the drive gear contacts the rubber gasket, it will melt the rim of the drive gear. In the future, to reassemble the jar after cleaning, first put the rubber gasket on the jar, then the blade, lastly screw on the base ring.
