Sorry for your problem, contact the people you ordered the otter box from and cancel your order. You can also stop payment if you paid with a credit card, simply contact your credit card company, number is on back of card, and they will help you.

I suggest you contact the company you ordered the equipment from. The responsibility for delivery will be with the sender.

As you have all the transaction details, you will be able to do things, first of all, you need to contact the company/store you ordered them from and get a good reason for the delay.
Secondly, if within a reasonable timeframe (2 weeks) you still haven't received your items, you can apply to the small claims court for a hearing, to try to retrieve your money.
