How to transfer videos and photos from alcatel idolx 6040 to PC computer

you need to go to your menu bar
go over to settings and tools
go down to memory click on phone memory
down to my pictures
click options
move
mark all
and click done
and they should all move to your memory card.

by bluetooth you can send pictures to the computer! for that you want to install bluetooth cd! to the computer! then pair the device! then you send pic to pc

hi there Wellcome to FixYa once you have installed your pc suite for your phone plug in the usb cable to your phone and ur pc should see your phone as a storage device and then you are able to go in to the phone like a hard drive and take pictures from it, also if your phone has blue-tooth you may want to get a blue-tooth dongle for your pc as this makes it a whole lot easier to send and receive files from your phone to the pc

I do know that vista has issuses with phone pc suites and may not work at all but this is only on windows vista if you have windows xp you should be fine , also if you do have vista bluetooth is the only way your going to be able to take pictures of your phone
