An F03 error code on many front load washers indicates a failure to drain properly. You can usually clear this fault code by pressing the pause/cancel button. Next, check the drum for water. If the drum still has water in it, restart a drain and spin cycle. This should drain the water from the tub.

If your washer will not drain, check the drain hose for kinks or clogs. Make sure that the drain hose is not stuck more than 8 inches down the stand pipe.

If you do not hear your drain pump running, you may have a problem with your control or your drain pump. Also, if your pump is making a loud noise, it may be clogged. These problems would require service by a technician.

The F03 code is a problem with your water system. your inlet valves may have failed.

Open up the bottom panel and you will find a tech sheet that explain the codes and gives trouble shooting techniques. here is the service manual, good luck, hope this helps......

The pressure switch is sensing that there is still water in the unit,it sits at the top of machine under the top cover,it is round and usually red in color remove the hose/tube from it and blow through it to make sure it is clear,you can also remove the switch itself and lightly blow into it you will hear a couple of clicks put it back together and give it a shot..

Can you tell me what make this machine is? As it sounds like a heater problem??

I read that someone has a problem with F-03 on the display. I have seen this for the first time on my hotpoint wf860 1600 spin. I read the manual the only thing I can think of maybe an unbalanced load in the machine. Albeit the manual is not clear about this. P21 automatic features unbalanced load warning.
