Need Fujifilm HS30EXR repair service manual

If you are using Windows 10 as an operating system, you can download a firmware upgrade from the FujiFilm Website (see link below) to make it compatible. If you use a different operating system, you can always use a card reader to transfer the pictures to your PC.

You'll need to have it properly cleaned. A light dust shouldn't effect the images you shoot.

I suggest trying a higher ISO setting and using the tripod. My moon shots look just fine from the HS30exr.

Try to download its service manual and refer it. Some paid download sites have service manual to this set. No free service manual available now. Try paid downloads.
