Get rid of noisy fill

If you want to get rid without filling the only way I know is pull it. Been there done that.

Sounds like pump is dry, you somehow need to get water into the pump. If you have a water flow button/switch try that.

First things first. When ever you fill your spa put the hose into where the filter goes, if it's a top load filter. Or into the skimmer if your spa has one. That way as it fills it forces more air out of the lines as it fills and limits how much air gets trapped in the lines. That being said, turn the power off, you can't bleed the pump if its running. On most pumps there is a bleed plug threaded into the face plate of the wet end. Loosen the plug until you hear air coming out. Once the pump fills with water and water is coming out of the plug, tighten it up and turn the spa on. I t may take several try's before you get rid of all the air in the lines.

You don't, just fill it and let it idle for ten minutes. Some people will suggest turning the wheel back and forth but this tends to aerate the fluid and make the pump noisy for awhile. If you can get the front wheels off the ground, turning the wheel without the load may help but it just takes a little time to get rid of the air / noise.

you can't just replace the fill valve.use a proflo 400a

The most common problem with these machines is scale. Using a good descaler to start with may help but may not always solve the problem. If your machine is noisy it is the pump which may need replacing. If you open the steam valve when making the coffee it will shift any air lock. Out with that you may have to remove the shower plate underneath where the coffee handle goes and give it a good clean. Also there is a safety valve inside the group head which may be clogged up. I am a domestic coffee machine engineer based in glasgow and have machines sent to me from all over the UK. It is hard to eally fix problems without actually seeing the machine as it could really be anything. there should be a little window just below the oil fill area that says high and low, that's where you gauge the level of oil you have. it's not a dipstick, and not very precise, but that's it.
