Most PowerMate manuals are available here: http://www.powermate.com/productmanuals.php?cat_id=3 . However, describing it as the PowerMate 6250 10 HP generator is insufficient to find the correct manual. The Coleman PowerMate line has several models with 10 HP engines and a 6250 Starting Watt (5000 W running) capacity.
I'm sure you can easily get a PDF manual on-line somewhere.
My guess is that sometimes these inverters will give an error if you do not have something plugged in creating an electrical draw
If your looking for Coleman owner manuals or brochures call Beckley's! We have the last copies of these brochures straight from the factory. Limited quantities available so call 800-598-4048!
Pop Up Owners Manuals
You may not be able to find the owners manual, but if you search using model / type #s off the engine, you may be able to find the manual for the engine from the manufacturer.
