Hello Terry, Are you sure the other caller does not have their phone button set on MUTE? That would cause them to hear you but you can't hear them. Do you have the same problem from other callers? If so, it must be a problem with your phone.
The tundra needs to have a software upgrade. This upgrade is done through calling 611 and needs to have a software update sent to the phone. If you have any questions email me at [email protected]
just need a new earpiece speaker or it simply needs to be adjusted into place. If there is no repair shop around you or you do not want to mess with it, then just buy a $20 bluetooth headset to bypass the whole earpiece.
