What can I do to get it back up to the top. Not much has changed with links or any thing else. the Website is http://www.workathome481.com if you want to see it and let me know how to get it back to the old pr 5 rank it once had. thanks for the help
You maybe shared some links or content on your website which were blocked by google previously. Or they found you violating terms regularly. You may request google to lift the ban on you and give you another chance. If you explain your facts correctly and convince them that you value the terms and conditions and will never violate any of them in the future you can start ranking your page higher again.

SOURCE: Update Google Results / Address
Hi
I think you have account in google local business center.
You need to follow these 3 steps to change it..
Otherwise you can do this
Google Maps gets its map data from TeleAtlas. While we constantly work
with them to refresh our maps, it's possible there are some labels we
missed. There are a couple of things you can do. First, you can easily
alert our provider using the link below:
Contact TeleAtlas
Second, if you've found that an object is mis-located, you can
report it in Google Maps. Just search for the location, click on the
marker, and select "Edit" in the information window that pops up. Check
out more information on community edits.
Now it's a race to see if we fix it before our third-party providers.
Thanks in advance for helping to make Google Maps a little better
today!!
SOURCE: Port Forwarding not working on Port 80 from our website
The best way to test this is to forward it to a test webpage on another PC or server first to make sure it is working correctly, before trying the unix/linux php server.
In my experience external addresses do not work internally, unless you have your ISP allocate you moe than one external static ip
Please post your results, the provider and whether you already have multiple static ip addresses purchased
