I have three blinks with squeal each blink. I replaced CP114, CP120 and CP130. Tested CP150 and CP110 good with meter. I replaced flyback.
So Far You've Done Very Good, The Horiz Output Is Located Very Near Or On The Flyblack Panel, It 's Usually A Rectangular Transistor Mounted To A Very Large Silver Like Heat Sink ..It Does Sound Like It's Shorted, But If Not,Check The Focus Divider Or Hv Tripler..

Your right on these sets you have to replace all 3 capacitors 2200uf 16v and two 220uf 35v.

Resolder all the pinns on Flyback transfomer.

The caps in these sets rarely bulge. Try checking the Horizontal Output Transistor (HOT). I suspect that it is shorted. The noise you are hearing is the power supply attempting to fire. With the defect further on, the power supply will turn itself off as a safety valve.
Keep us posted,

Hello Kira-chan,
You are going to have to take those capacitors out of the Tv and check them on a capacitance tester. Some digital multi-meters have them, but I would suggest using the LC102 by Sencore That way you can check the ESR, and the dielectric absorption of the capacitor. It is my suspicion that these caps are bad, but should be checked before replacing them.
In addition check the BLUE and RED CRTs for cracks around the neck oy the tube, BE CAREFUL.
I hope this helps,
Thank you,

Sounds like the Horizontal output transistor needs replacement.
