SOURCE: pressure washer stalls out when wand nozzle is released

common for not starting unless trigger engaged as you are turning the pump as well as engine creating pressure,as for stalling pump has unloader valve which is probably in need of grease(use good silicone grease)this allows water to ciculate when trigger released.

SOURCE: Pulsating when idle

The motor doesn't pulsate when you are spraying and pulsattes when not spraying is normal otherwise the pressure will just keep building and burn out the pump. However, if you are not using the sprayer right away then the unit should be shut off until your ready to start again.
I hope the answer is helpful, please rate if the answer has helped in any way. Good Luck and have a great weekend.

SOURCE: pressure washer does not spray consistent flow of pressure

Pressure washers have a pressure regulator/unloader that bypasses the water back into the intake when you let go of the trigger with motor running. If you let the machine run for long preiods in bypass the system could be damaged due to heating of the water being bypassed. The water is in a closed loop. The as the unloader wears it will tend to want to bypass which is what is happening in your case. Dirt trapped at the tip will cause this also. Install clean tip to solve problem. If clean tip did not help then try lowering the pressure by turning pressure regulator counterclock wise. If problem is gone then parts are failing but keep using pump. Good luck.

I have Bosch aquatak 100, i only used it 3x, in the 4th time, its motor continue to work even if i stop pulling the trigger and I think its pressure reduced vs the last time I used it.

It sounds like there may be an issue with your Bosch Aquatak 100 pressure washer. Here are a few possible causes of the symptoms you described:
  1. Clogged nozzle: If the nozzle at the end of the pressure washer wand is clogged, it can cause the pressure to drop and the motor to continue running even when you release the trigger. Try cleaning the nozzle with a needle or a thin wire to remove any debris that may be blocking the flow of water.
  2. Worn pump seals: If the seals in the pump are worn, it can cause a loss of pressure and the motor to continue running. You may need to have the pump seals replaced by a qualified repair technician.
  3. Stuck unloader valve: The unloader valve is responsible for regulating the flow of water through the pump. If the valve is stuck, it can cause the pressure to drop and the motor to continue running. You may need to have the unloader valve repaired or replaced by a qualified repair technician.
  4. Other issues: There could be other issues with the pressure washer that are causing the symptoms you described. For example, there may be a problem with the motor itself or with the electrical connections. In this case, it is best to seek the help of a qualified repair technician who can diagnose and fix the problem.
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, don't hesitate to ask.

How can I fix my Hoover spin scrub 50 solution trigger? It is not working.

Hey there! Sounds like you have no tension in your trigger. This could mean a problem with the trigger spring or control rod in the handle. Try reassembling the handle. Remove the two handle screws and slide the handle up and off. Inspect the control rods for damages. They should be the same length. Make sure they are pulled down as well. Reassemble the handle. If the trigger still has no tension but the cleaner dispenses from the hose, a replacement handle may be needed. To replace the handle, follow the link below.

Bosch aquatak power washer will not start

Check to make sure the outlet (power supply) is energized. This piece of equipment is supposed to be used on a ground-fault protected circuit, so make sure the ground-fault on the outlet didn't trip or the circuit breaker (fuse) at the electric panel did not trip (or blow)
Check to make sure you are going through the proper starting procedures as outlined in your user's manual on page 8.
Follow the troubleshooting tips on page 10 of the user's manual.
Beyond that, Bosch requires that you have your power washer repaired at an authorized / qualified repair center.
I did locate a web site that shows an exploded parts view of the pressure washer, if that helps. http://www.magic-parts.co.uk/acatalog/BOSCH-Aquatak-1200-Plus.php
In case you don't have a user's manual, you can view it at: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/537062/Bosch-Aquatak-110.html#manual
Best wishes on your project.

The main trigger might have broken. This is common if the trigger is pulled too hard. You can take the handle apart on most units and replace the trigger. Usually the broken spot is where the trigger pivots.

Trigger gun

It sounds like you left out the spring in the hose.
There are about 10 different models of K330 with several types of guns. Go here and search until you find the correct gun so you can see the diagram. I think it will be hard to buy a replacement spring, though.

Poulan 3400 chainsaw throttle trigger

Its a missing or broken spring in the handle(trigger). If you look inside the handle you should see a circular spring around the post of the trigger. This spring returns trigger to idle position. If its missing or broken the trigger won't spring back.
