If you go to www.Husqvarna.com/us you can put in your model number and get an IPL or owner's manual this will show you how the belt fits on the tractor.
if you type in the model number of your particular mower, you should be able to find a replacement manual, and or you could click images and it may show you a page with your belt breakdown as a picture
Unless your car has been in a front-end accident that required replacing parts and repainting the under hood area, you really should have a small stick-on diagram of the belt routing somewhere under the hood of the car. If not, look at a used car lot for a car make and model like yours, and take a picture, or go to a dealer and ask them.
If your car came without A/C, the under hood diagram should show you both belt routings. If however, all of you model car came with A/C, you'll not find a picture of the routing without air-conditioning.
Be blessed.
From my searching the model tiller you have is #917.295352. Go to www.searspartsdirect.com. You can put in the model number and it will show different areas for parts. The owner's manual is part # 152999 and the belt is # 9180R. The belt guard comes off you replace the belt and put the guard back on. If you need to take pictures or draw some diagrams to keep things straight. Good day.
Go to Cub Cadet. com and click parts. Type your model number 1610. You will see parts diagram. Click that. It will show a long list of parts to click on. Choose drive and it will show you a diagram of all the pulleys and how the belt looks. Hope this helps. I had the same problem.

All service is performed from the front except for the installing the belt back onto the idler pulley. That procedure is done through an 8" removable panel in the rear at the bottom.
