Make sure that you did not lower the duplex tray. Look into the printer where the paper tray goes and make sure the path is clear. The duplex tray is dropped by pushing on a green lever on the left front of the duplex tray. Simply push the tray up until if clicks and locks in place. This is the only reason I have run into with clients as to why they cannot insert the paper tray.

13.20.00 can be also caused be a jam near the fuser (the part of the printer that gets hot to make the toner stick to the paper). Remove the toner cartridge and take a look for small scraps of paper along the whole path. Also open the door on the back of the printer and look for paper scraps from there. If you see paper stuck in the fuser, do not use anything sharp to remove it, be careful not to scratch the surfaces.

Open tray 1 and pull any visible jammed media out of the all-in-one.
If no media is visible, open the print-cartridge door, remove the print cartridge, and rotate the
upper media guide. Carefully pull the media up and out of the all-in-one.
Close tray 1.

The pickup rollers are worn out. Replace them and your problem will be gone. While you are sourcing them, use some alcohol. This may give them a little more life.

The paper is probably jammed between the fuser and the rear cover if you can't see it.

How do I fix the "phantom paper jam on P3015?

Do you have an error code? Usually if you get a jam error and there is no paper in the printer it is because the printer was unable to pick the paper out of the tray. Try printing from the drop down manual tray to confirm that the printer itself works. If it does, then clean the roller in tray 2 with a damp cloth and make sure you dry it completely.

Error 13.20.00 on HP LaserJet P3015

It is most likely caused by a bad toner, or a sensor flag. Remove the toner cartridge, and you will see two sensors.

error-13-20-00-hp-laserjet-p3015-qyvqzto1exm0t4rgaitsow4k-1-6.jpg

Check to see if the sensor flags are all the way back. Sometimes they look like they are good, but a slight lean forward can cause the error.

error-13-20-00-hp-laserjet-p3015-qyvqzto1exm0t4rgaitsow4k-1-9.jpg

Place a piece of tape to hold the suspect sensor. Put the toner back in (dont print anything) and see if the error goes away. If it does, you found the culprit.

error-13-20-00-hp-laserjet-p3015-qyvqzto1exm0t4rgaitsow4k-1-13.jpg

Remove the shield, and you will see the sensor, and most likely the spring got dislodged or bent. Use a paper clip if you need to pull it back up.

error-13-20-00-hp-laserjet-p3015-qyvqzto1exm0t4rgaitsow4k-1-18.jpg

The spring should look like the above picture and the sensor should be all the way back.

Paper jam in HP 1200 printer

Hi,Make sure you got every single piece in there, and if you can't get it to work, just hard reset it. Unplug it from the wall wait 5 seconds, plug it back in. Should be good as new.

The LaserJet 1200 has two paper inputs, a regular paper tray and a priority input tray that is used for envelopes, labels and transparencies.
Paper jams rarely happen with the HP LaserJet 1200. If you can see paper sticking out of the input or output tray, try to remove it gently. If you encounter resistance or if the page tears, turn off the lights in the room to avoid exposing the toner to light. Open the toner door, which is above the paper tray, and the output door, and rotate the green levers down. At this point, you might be able to remove the jammed paper. If not, remove the toner cartridge.
Grasp the page in both hands and gently pull it free. Replace the toner cartridge and close the doors. The cartridge and the levers will slide back into place.

Hope that helps..

My printer chew one side of paper laserjet 1320

Is the correct model number: HP Deskjet D1320 Printer ? Was printer working properly at one point? May be resulting from failure to fully clear a paper jam:

Paper jam

To clear a paper jam

1. Remove the paper from the paper tray.

2. If you are printing labels, verify that a label did not become detached from the label sheet while passing through the printer.

3. Turn off the printer.

4. Remove the rear access door. Press the handle to the right, and then pull out the door.

5. Remove the paper jam from the back of the printer, and then replace the rear access door securely.

6. If the paper jam cannot be removed from the back of the printer, raise the printer cover, remove the paper jam from the front of the printer, and then lower the cover.

Caution Remove the paper jam carefully as it is possible to damage the printer when removing paper from the front.

7. Reload paper in the paper tray.

8. Turn on the printer.

9. Reprint the document

if this does not help I would suggest installing a new driver from: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=ca&docname=c00211293&product=1839853&

Paper jam in hp1300 cannot print

Remove the cartridge and paper tray to see where the paper jam is. If it is a whole page jammed inside of printer, before removing shut off printer and carefully remove paper if you end up tearing a piece this will make it harder to remove in pieces. After you have removed jammed paper reinstall toner cartridge and paper tray turn printer on and see if this clears the jam error message.

I have laser jet printer and it is saying 13.20.00 jam in tray 2, but there no paper there we remove the toner no paper, remove trays no paper, so whats causing it to jam?

You could be having problems with the paper sensor, if so you may need to contact your service provider and have them do a cleaning. The sensor may also have dislodged, which would need to be either replaced or put back into place by a certified technician.

Paper jams

Paper jams can be tricky to solve. The paper is usually stuck inside the printer mechanism so even if there is no visible paper jam, you will still get the paper jam error. Try this:

1. Turn off your printer
2. Open all trays and remove any paper stuck there
3. Locate the button to open the printer, open it and remove any paper stuck there also.
4. Repeate the above step for all buttons that you can find to access the inside of the printer
5. Close all doors and put back all trays
6. Turn on your printer

HP 4L printer indicates no paper when the tray has

When you removed the paper jam, was the paper torn? If so, did you ensure that you found all the pieces. (Put the piece of paper back together like a puzzle to verify). There could be a piece of paper stuck in the printer that is causing the paper sensor to fail.
The other possibility is that when you removed the paper jam, something became dislodged in the printer. Forcefully removing paper from the printer can cause this.
