Hi,I have LG LCD TV(Model 32LG30RA). The issue is i can here sound, but there is no video.I checked for any blown capacitors and i dint found any.I also checked the 24volt to the inverter and there is 24 volt DC supply. Please let me know what will the problem with my LCD TV.Is it the faulty inverter board?
Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

I have the same issue with my LG 42PC3DVA and I narrowed it down to the Y SUS board. After a little research there are a few items that are prone to go. The ceramic fuses (as you found), sometimes the capacitors on the Y SUS, Z SUS, and power supply go along with them You can tell because thy will be bulged at the top instead of flat. I replaced a few of my capacitors - they are only $0.89 each so it was MUCH cheaper than a board.
The other thing that is common on the Y SUS in particular are the FETs (also called MOSFET). They can be replaced if you are good with a soldering gun but they are static sensitive so be grounded. They are also a bit tricky to test so you may want to do some research on how to determine if this is the issue... or you can just replace the whole board.

Check to see if you get Va and Vs voltages from the power supply. There should be some wires running to the y-sus. A couple of those wires will be labeled va and vs. Are they present? There will be a sticker stuck to the panel somewhere telling you what they should be.

I had the same problem and opted to take the board out and replace the caps. They were all the same capacitance. Cost me $6.61 for 10 new caps (needed 9, 10 was cheaper). If you can solder, watch the capacitor videos on YouTube and give it a go.
There is a replacement for the original. You can try http://www.partstore.com/Model/LG+Electronics+Incorporated/LG+Electronics%2fZenith/50PG20.aspx?p=1&z=50&c=6e080ee60c7dbeec930c9d72f2d3d6f7&bs=Category&bd=Asc&ms=Category&md=Asc&k=&on=

I know you already replaced the board, this is for future searchers. If you heard a popping sound, then the picture went out, there is a 32 pin Sanyo module that goes bad on the board. That's probably what caused the fuse to blow. Replace the module, then replace the fuse. The module is less than half the cost of a used board. Since this was a popular model TV, there are lots of replacement boards on the used market.
