Not sure how you are getting this code, there are no faults codes with that amount of numbers on a volvo, the nearest i can find is a B code B2556 Enable Signal Circuit Short to Battery, P codes only go upto P1918
The three flashes indicate a fault code, are they three long or short flashes? A long flash is a ten and short is a one,so for instance if you have one long flash and two short ones that is fault code 12 if it was three short flashes that would be 3 ect... You will have to Google the fault code numbers to see what they mean ,ie fault code 21 could be oxygen sensor fault.
I had this error and engineer said the meaning of the codes on the web are wrong as they don't like to disclose their real code meanings for pure protectionism reasons. F06 on IWD7145 is a burnt out door interlock IDC error. He replaced the part number C00085194 (replacement door interlock) and microritardator part number 085194 and it works ok now.
first code means random/multiple misfire cylinder (s) detected
second code means misfire detected number 1 cylinder, third code, miss=fire number 3 cylinder fourth code misfire number 4 cylinder
causes can be spark plugs, HT leads, ignition coils, injector, wiring fault, low compression/ engine mechanical fault
