Have a CTC pasta express. no instruction manual. Need to buy one. Any suggestions? Thanks

The purpose of this washer is to reduce the friction between the auger and the body of the grinder head. During the grinding process the auger is pushing food/meat forward to the disc and respectively reacting itsef backward. So, the washer goes over the back shaft of the auger as a surface of the contact with the body. You have to put it over this shaft before assembing the auger with the head body. The pasta maker attachment and the grinder both have identical augers.

I have the original manual and recipe book for this pasta maker. I could scan it and then fax or email certain pages if it is still needed. Don

Don - can you help me? I was just given this really cool machine, but it didn't come with instructions. I am hoping to get my son to join me in the kitchen, and making pasta would be so cool! I'm sure all the parts are there, but I haven't a clue how to use it.
