Kindly check your mobile phone software version with help of *#0000# if ur phone shows some kind of 4.03v then please upgraded to version 7.03v it will help u to watch photos,movies very smoothly,
However after installing this u wont be able to play any games it gives some kind of application error that pissed me off,but if ur not a game savvy then go ahead upgrade the existing software and enjoy.

if your phone is still in warranty bring it to your nokia care
they will remove it for you without any cost...

if not try to download anti virus for your phone

Unless the disk has been physically damaged there are ways to work backwards and restore deleted photos .

hello, i think you don't need the disk for you to transfer photos onto your computer, just plug in the cable that comes with the phone, and up you go.

sorry there is no software that i know available for those model phones.

u first have to install it in ur PC and the mobile ,sis application in ur mobile
then as it has the connection with the one u have installed in ur PC, the s/w installed in the PC will give  u the registration code only
