Bh 362 is the upgrade of Bh 200, 250 and 350 and on that model you need change drum and developer together. The drum counter message can be reset in service mode by a qualified tech after replacing those parts.

In Konica Minolta bizhub 362 it says ready to copy but I noticed it says "please change PC drum"

Thecopier has a counter the drum unit. "PC" means photo conductor, I don't remember if the copier will lock up if the drum unit is not replaced? There is a counter that needs to be reset once the drum & new developer is installed.

Change PC Drum Message on Bizhub362.How do you resset this message?

You are going to need to call your service company and have them replace the drum unit for you. Don't listen to anyone that gives you the service mode entry procedure and drum count reset. This WILL screw up the AIDC (Automatic Image Density Control) and the machine will shut down with a COF32 code. There is a very specific procedure which must be followed when replacing/resetting the drum counter on these machines as there are several "counts" that are tied together. Trust me on this as a 27 year Minolta Tech, spend the money and have the drum unit replaced. They are good for 100,000 copies so even tho it may cost some money to do. Divide that cost by 100,000 pages and it gets pretty cheap.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

Reset drum counter on a muratec mfx 1430

Drum counter is reset by installation of a "NEW" drum.
There is a small fuse at the rear of the drum on the top( you will see the 2 brass contacts) When a new drum is installed, the fuse blows and resets the drum counter. Installing a used drum will not reset the counter as the fuse is already blown.
