If it freezes up at anytime,(sometimes it does) one or more of the plastic vanes inside will break, get jammed so it stops working. Open it up, if any are broken, try superglue to fix the break and re-install it. I did that to one a few years ago, and its sill working.

Unplug the refrigerator. Remove the lamp cover by lifting up at the bottom of the cover. Then unscrew the old bulb and replace with an identical appliance bulb (Base E12, 240V, MAX 15W, T-20). This bulb is at the top center of the fridge.

Question edited for clarity, and add maker.

It may need a top up of refrigerant gas, but first check that the circulation fan in the fridge is working. Also make sure the condenser coils are clean.

Hye..recently i just notice my sharp plasmacluster model sj-pt491m-bk the chiller is not working. Not cold as normal. The above freezer working normally. Plz advise

Open Freezer Door Press Door Switch and checked Freezer Fan is working or not.
If fan is working then problem in Ref compartment. If not working then replaced Fan.
In Ref Compartment checked all duct clod air is coming or not.
If not coming then Damper is defective.

Switch off your ref for 8hrs till all Ice melt in freezer compartment. Switch on Ref and checked Air coming from Ref duct or not.
